Senior Financial Analyst

The ideal candidate will support the FP&A Manager for the accurate of financial information providing meaningful analysis and information that would lead to actions to improve the results in the company. The senior financial analyst will maintain the system to automatize process and diminish errors, and will act as a key user for the budget and forecasts process as well as the variance analysis of the actuals results

• Graduate degree in finance or accounting
• Bilingual (Spanish-English)
• 5 years of experience in similar position
• Balance sheet, P&L, CF and other financial statements
• Self-starting attitude with attention to details and deadlines
• Team player with a focus on collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
• SAP FI, SAP CO required

Responsibilities

• Deep involved in the yearly budget and quarterly forecast cycles for all the market unit organization.
• Support the financial monthly closing to ensure sales and expenses are properly recorded and analyze/report variances vs. budget, forecasts and prior period actuals.
• Maintain the financial planning & reporting tools, reconcile to sources of data and create new reporting capabilities according to the business information needs.
• Partner across multiple organizational functions to foster collaboration, build consensus, and drive cost control through continuous process improvements.
• Actual and forecast Financial KPIs determination.
• Prepare and communicate monthly financial results, including variance analysis.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting templates for managerial use to improve visibility into financial and operational performance.
• Contribute to the culture of collaboration among the team and the department.
• Bring a high level of energy and desire to contribute to our ongoing development of a high performing FP&A team.
